I believe vinegar in the diet also reduces risks of Kidney stones, and is used as part of a natural treatment alternative for Gall stones. Though I would double check that, my info is a little out of date.

Personally Malt Vinegar is one of my favorite condiments. Great on potatoes, corn, and broccoli.

Violette, great to know that apple cider vinegar helps prevent peeling also, that's the worst. Thanks for sharing.

I remember coming home from an outdoor concert with a friend of mine and I looked like a lobster. Her mom had a spray bottle of apple cider vinegar and applied it to the burn it felt better. She told me to apply it a few time a day and it would also help to turn it to a nice tan AND I never peeled.
